The Value and Purpose of Wellbeing Retreats

There are many places you can go to, in the world, for a holiday or holiday rental but more and more people are choosing to use their precious time for wellbeing and retreat. Retreats come in all sorts of packages. The Coach House is a small retreat, intimate, comfortable, well-appointed and private, ideal for solo retreat or a small group. It is geared towards people who prioritize their health and wellbeing and want to slow down, sleep, rest, recharge and unplug from their normal routine.

The Coach House offers the space to design your own programme, as much or as little as you would like. Retreat is an opportunity to come home inside and reintegrate, so that you can journey out again with a fresh sense of clarity, purpose and direction. In our go go busy lives the value of retreat is becoming a modern day imperative. It can be stressful to be on the go all the time and constantly available and can be refreshing to remove ourselves, occasionally, from our familiar surroundings and busy schedules. At The Coach House you can digitally detox or plug in. It’s entirely up to you. We can arrange the space to support your stay.

The Coach House is ideal for people who love to take Refuge in Nature and find that a source of deep renewal. Yoga and Meditation may not be your thing but you may love to visit gardens, write, paint, go hiking in the hills, wild swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking, all of which is very close by in the Wye Valley and Black Mountains National Park. There is a wealth of gorgeousness, readily available, on your doorstep. It is a haven for all and Olivia will point you in the right direction, with a carefully selected menu of offerings.

What’s on offer?

The menu on offer can be as simple as booking in to stay for a few days to get away from one’s normal routine, unplug, rest and recharge. It is entirely up to you what you would like to build into your programme and time away.

Below is a select menu of offerings that you can pick and choose from. These will need to be booked in advance.

How to book The Coach House, availability and rates

£200 per night, to book the whole Coach House (solo traveller) – this includes a daily session of private Yoga and Mindfulness.
£140 per night, to book the whole Coach House (solo traveller) without Yoga and Mindfulness session.
£220 per night, to book the whole Coach House (a couple or two friends).
£230 per night, to book the whole Coach House (for three people).
£240 per night, to book the whole Coach House (for four people).

This includes a breakfast hamper for the duration of your stay.

Due to the cost of laundry and changeover, we will only consider a minimum stay of 2 nights. However, we do offer discounts when you book in for more than 3 nights, so please enquire.
