The Value and Purpose of Wellbeing Retreats

The Coach House offers Restorative, Wellbeing Retreats, intimate, comfortable, well-appointed and private, ideal for the solo traveller and up to 4 guests. It is geared towards Personal Retreat and offers a programme for people who want to explore Yoga and Mindfulness or simply take time out from a busy life. It can be refreshing to unplug from our normal routine and create the space to rest and recharge.

Situated between the Black Mountains and Wye Valley, in a place of wild Welsh beauty, it is ideal for people who love to take Refuge in Nature and find that a source of deep renewal. Olivia will point you in the right direction, with a carefully selected menu of offerings.
